That ability reminded me of the 8th edition Mind Sludge flavor text for some reason.

I"m surprised noone has mentioned using this with Urbog, Tomb of Yawgmoth. It can let you destroy opponent's lands with creature destruction spells.... if you want to be a real jerk, use it with Eradicate after animating a basic land.
