Based on my comparisons of this creature to Sliver Construct, Millennial Gargoyle, and Venser's Sliver, this card is actually a little undercosted. Normally, adding either +1/+1 or flying to an otherwsie vanilla artifact creature appears to cost 1, but ol' Lumie here gets a full +1/+1 and flying over Venser's Sliver for that cost.
