For that really, really budget deck, this is great. It still isn't bad, but there are better alternatives that aren't too expensive.
Notice how I ignored the kicker. You don't play this for the kicker. Its a nice topdecking addon, but not what you should be looking at.

Okay, 1/2 is still pretty damn chumpy, but never rate something lower just because it gives you options.
