Of course Turn 1 wins abound with the Moxen/Black Lotus, but I figured I'd jot mine down.
Step 1) Play Mountain, Mox Sapphire, Black Lotus
Step 2) Tap Mountain, tap Mox Sapphire, tap/sac Black Lotus for {R}{R}{R}
Step 3) Play Kiln Fiend
Step 4) Play Chaos Charm (choosing haste), play Assault Strobe, play Distortion Strike
Step 5) Swing for 22 unblockable damage.
Step 6) Gloat

If Moxen were Legendary, and came into play tapped, they would be playable...not OP. The day may come where Springleaf Drum, Prismatic Lens, etc just hit you at the worst part of your mana curve...and that day requires 
CMC mana: Pseudo-Moxen.

Money wise, this card is worth twice as much as Mox Ruby. So, what are we to take from this? One Blue mana is worth twice as much as one Red mana.

Blue is suppose to be the slowest of colors, therefore anything that speeds up blue is potentially abusive.
