This card gets a multiplayer game going.

I usually lose due to the hate but gosh darn it it's fun to play.

Ok guys, here is my idea for my Phenax EDH:

1) Play this and have a Propaganda on the field and your Phenax.
2) Attack with all of your creatures to avoid damage (good with Mindcrank).
3) Tap all your creatures to mill your opponents because of Phenax effect. A good creature for this combo is, for exemple, Nemesis of Reason.

*4)* Your opponents will have an hard time attacking you because of the Propaganda, they will most likely take damage. Even if you don't have the Propaganda on the field, this combo still works, but you are not protected against your opponents creatures.
