I think Biggie more eloquently expressed the second of the Four Noble Truths.

I like the art. plus at only 1 blue you could splash it into other decks, although for 2 more you could have a Sibilant Spirit
If you use Null Brooch you wouldn't have a hand any way.

This guy has always been an unexpected surprise to my opponents in my white/blue weenie deck. By the time I have 4 mana and drop this guy, my hand is usually empty or has 1 card. The enemy also always has second thoughts about playing removal on him, because of his "drawback".

There are better things to do with 4 mana then play a 4/4 flying mana drain, especially when you play a blue deck.

a 4/4 with flying is nice...a 5/5 with flying and hexproof is stupid and worth the mana drain.
ProTip: Spirits have a lord now. Diregraf Captain.

I saw a 4/4 flying body for 4, but then I read the text:
"at the beginning of your crap sacrifice crap unless your pay crap for each crap in your crap."

Haha, Sibilant Spirit isn't so great, either...go with Air Elemental if you're budget-conscious, or the strictly-better and strictly-more-awesome Djinn of Wishes.
