Wow, this plane seems good. I'm looking forward to seeing this plane in a block. (I hope it will come soon.)
Eventually, a blue Intro pack from this block could have something like Narcomoeba's come-back effect.

this is like the already existing wabbajack "Proteus Staff" except with sacrifice instead of putting cards on the bottom of a library.
